About the Role:Reporting to the operations manager you will play a key role in shaping the human resources landscape for our client. You will be part of a team-oriented business, working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement HR systems, refresh policies and procedures, and manage remuneration and benefits. This role requires a level of comfort with remote fieldwork to gain insights into the unique challenges faced by our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimisation of HR systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across the organisation.
- Policy and Procedure Refresh: Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Remote Field Work: Comfortably engage in remote fieldwork to support and understand the unique challenges faced by employees working in diverse locations.
- Remuneration and Benefits Management: Oversee the design and management of a comprehensive remuneration and Employee Benefits Management System, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings for our employees.
- Flat Company Structure Support : Navigate and thrive in a flat company structure by providing strategic HR guidance and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience, including 5 years in an generalist HR role. Oil & Gas industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong background in implementing HR systems and refreshing policies and procedures
- Comfortable with remote fieldwork and adept at understanding the challenges faced by field-based employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a flat company structure.
