As our continued growth opens up new possibilities our client a Tier 1 National Mechanical Contractor specialising in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, are seeking highly experienced Mechanical Plumbers to join their team in a full time capacity.
Role Overview:
Specialising in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. This role will involve working extensively with copper pipework for heating coils, fan coils, and air handling units, as well as other associated activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our national Tier 1 client.
You will be involved in a variety of projects, spanning from small-scale works to major endeavours. The clients portfolio offers diverse opportunities, including high-rise residential and commercial developments, significant healthcare projects, industrial installations, and CBD fit-out works.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems for Tier 1 client projects
- Work extensively with copper pipework for heating coils, fan coils, and air handling units.
- Perform installations and maintenance on chilled water, heating hot water, and condenser pipework.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project teams and client representatives to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber with expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
- Strong background in working with copper pipework for heating coils, fan coils, air handling units and plant rooms.
- Experience with chilled water, heating hot water, and condenser pipework.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications and licenses.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
