Position Overview:
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our clients project by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential in ensuring the project's smooth operation and timely completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, including task assignments, deadlines, and milestones.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Organise meetings, workshops, and site visits, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
- Assist in tracking project expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure alignment and adherence to project goals and timelines.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed.
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and correspondence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Minimum 12 month project.
