Responsible for supervising the rig up and operation of Surface Well Test equipment, including detailed reporting of surface and downhole conditions to the client and management. Responsible for supervising all personnel, equipment and services required to achieve the successful outcome of the operation as well as delegating these responsibilities as required.
Job Description- Plan, organise and direct personnel across a number of different well sites
- Operate all equipment correctly, confidently and independently
- Oversee full package test operations including slickline/wireline services
- Field training of Well Test personnel to ensure high levels of performance
- Supervise rig up and the operation of Well Test Equipment whilst reporting on surface and downhole conditions
- Responsibility of all personnel, equipment and services to achieve the successful outcome of the operation
- Monitor pre-project and annual maintenance programs for field equipment
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, with certification documentation completed
- Attend safety and other internal/external meetings as required
- Coordinate operations in the field and advise the Well Services Coordinator of any changes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years onshore experience
- CV crane, 4WD and HR drivers licence
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Gas Detection training certificate
- Wellsite Permit to Work Holder and Authority training
- Breathing Apparatus training
- Well Test training – Advanced
- Data Acquisition training
- Sampling Course – Advanced
- Well Control Training
- Elevated Work Platform
- Forklift Ticket
